Organgram/(Organizational Set Up)- Bangla Green Delta Security Service Ltd. has got a strong organizational set up through which chain of command is being exercised very strictly. The existing Organgram of our Company is stated below:
We Provide 01 SIM from the Company for each staff and especially track the location of all the staff, As the on duty status of the staff is monitored round the clock through phone track.
The company management committee is headed by chairman, Managing Directors and other Directors. To have effective operational and administrative control over the security guards deployed in different parts of Bangladesh we have got offices at district Headquarter level. In fact, we have established our regional offices in almost all 64 districts in Bangladesh. We have also catered our office staffs/supervisors in every district who are maintaining communication with our Dhaka Head office round the clock. To have overall control of operational activities, General Manager (Operation), Assistant General Manager (Operation) and Manager (Operation) who are also working in their capacities.
We are rendering security services almost in every nook and corner of Bangladesh. Here the important point of our service is that we are rendering security services in the eastern part of Bangladesh, like Chittagong and Mymensing and Sylhet Divisional district level and majority Upozzila level. Northern and southern part of Bangladesh i.e. (North & South Bengal), we are rendering our security services up to all District’s and all Upozzila even major Union level as well. (Post area shown in the attached Map).
With a view to making our operation functional and more effective so as to maintain liaison with our all the branches and the posts all around the country, we are presently taking the help of the most modern information technological (IT) support for the reliability and the faster means of communication, such as, internet (E-mail), cell phone, FAX, Land Phone, Letters through courier service etc. Our communication and reporting center located at Gulshan remains open all through and manned by our staffs round the clock who maintain communication with the zonal headquarters and practically with all guards through mobile communication network. Our hotline remains open for all to communicate including to our customers who can put forward any complaint or suggestion instantly. Receiving complaint or suggestions our staffs inform both the concern Assistant Manager and the management for immediate action. Locally at Dhaka we have radio communication wherever necessary.
In our Dhaka Head Office, we have a control room from where the control room operators are maintaining communication with our all the branches and posts day and night round the clock to make communication and liaison with our security personnel.
Through the control room operators, we are collecting the incidents or the latest happenings from our various posts all over the country and accordingly we are taking prompt actions to resolve the issue instantly with an urgent basis.
We have established offices at district level where our supervisors and staffs are performing security duty. They have been given a particular area of responsibility where they supervise their under command security guards round the clock. They are usually using cell phones for communicating with their guards and with control room operators in Dhaka and also with their Area Managers/Zone Commanders. They are using Motor Bikes, Bicycles and other indigenous methods of other communications means carry out overall supervision through regular physical checking by patrolling so as to ensure security responsibilities vested upon their security guards in their area of responsibilities.
Bangla Green Delta Security Service Ltd. is determined to manage any crisis arising during the time of tour of duty for their client. Our management will take decision depending on the situation. However, at the initial information of any crisis situation at any particular place, we immediately inform our supervisor of that location, brief him on the situation. We then alert all guards of that locality and trytogether our guards who arealready on duty at that area and secure the situation. Then after, if needed, we mobilize our guards who are off duty at that time from the nearbymess of the guards. We also mobilize our vehicle from our headquarters for transportation of the guards from their mess to the spot. In meanwhile, we alert the law enforcing authority for assistance. All the time we keep liaison with our clients and feed them with current situation and suggest them for any steps they may need to take at their end.
However, if we get any prior information on any unprecedented situation, informing our clients we hurriedly deploy additional guards to secure the situation.
In the existing company’s organizational structure, we are quite capable of managing the existing posts very well and able to render quality security services to our clients very satisfactorily through proper supervision by our all level officers, area managers/zone commanders and supervisors.
