Md. Alamgir Hossain

Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain is an accomplished business leader and highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in Bangladesh’s corporate and apparel sectors. He served as the Director of Commercial, Merchandising & Marketing at Melody Group from 2003 to 2018, where he successfully managed and oversaw diverse and extensive operations within the apparel business.

With nearly three decades of distinguished professional experience, Mr. Alamgir Hossain has built a strong career characterized by commercial expertise, business management, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining Melody Group, he served as the Country Manager & In-Charge of Lobako Ltd. from 1992 to 2002, a prominent European- and USA-based garments buying agency operating in Bangladesh. During his tenure, he played an important role in driving business growth and managing coordination with international buyers.

Mr. Alamgir Hossain has extensive practical experience in managing and coordinating various activities across the corporate and banking sectors. He is particularly experienced and proficient in corporate security management, security personnel recruitment and supervision, skilled manpower management, and maintaining organizational security standards.

With his experience and professional expertise, he is capable of ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and regular supervision of security operations. He also has significant experience in managing and coordinating trained security personnel and specialized armed guard services (Armed Guards) according to the specific requirements and security standards of banks and other corporate organizations.

Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain completed his B.S.S. (Hons.) and M.S.S. degrees from the University of Dhaka. He also successfully completed a specialized English language course at the Institute of Modern Languages (IML), University of Dhaka, further strengthening his professional and international communication skills.

His professional journey began with key roles at M/S. Zyta Garments Ltd., a sister concern of Beco Group, and M/S. Paradise Fashions Ltd., a sister concern of Paradise Group.

Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Alamgir Hossain has developed comprehensive expertise in various areas of business management, including raw material sourcing, client relationship management, cost control and optimization, security coordination, and leading large corporate teams.

His international business exposure has been further enriched through extensive professional travel to countries including Thailand, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. These international experiences have strengthened his global business perspective, leadership capabilities, and ability to manage professional relationships in an international business environment.

General Manager

Md. Shahidul Islam is serving as the General Manager at Green Delta Security Ltd., with responsibility for overseeing the company’s overall operational, administrative, and business activities. He plays an important role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. His responsibilities include supervising field operations, coordinating with clients, managing manpower and workforce deployment, monitoring service quality, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are properly implemented.

With strong leadership, communication, and management skills, he is committed to maintaining professional relationships with clients and employees, resolving operational issues effectively, and ensuring timely and quality service. He works closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals, improve operational efficiency, and support the sustainable growth and reputation of Green Delta Security Ltd.

Assistant General Manager

Md. Kawsar Mahmud is serving as an Assistant General Manager at Green Delta Security Ltd., where he is responsible for assisting the management in overseeing the company’s operational, administrative, and client service activities. He actively supports the planning, coordination, and monitoring of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

His key responsibilities include supervising manpower deployment, coordinating with clients and field-level personnel, monitoring attendance and duty schedules, ensuring service quality, addressing operational issues, and supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures. He also assists in maintaining effective communication between the management, employees, and clients.

With strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, he is committed to ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and professional service standards while contributing to the overall growth and development of Green Delta Security Ltd.

Accounts Officer

ABDUR RAHIM is serving as an Accounts Officer at Bangla Green Delta Security Ltd., responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities. He is dedicated to ensuring accurate financial records, preparing bills, invoices, vouchers, salary and payroll-related documents, maintaining accounts, and supporting financial reporting and documentation. With a responsible and systematic approach to his work, he aims to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely completion of accounting activities while contributing effectively to the overall financial and administrative management of the organization.

Messengers/Peons

Our Messengers/Peons provide reliable and essential support services within offices and organisations. Their responsibilities include delivering documents, running errands, handling mail, assisting with office arrangements, and supporting staff with day-to-day tasks.
